• What satisfactions does the profession brings to you ?
What I like the most in my job, is to do everything to satisfy and win the loyalty of the customer. I also had the pleaser to meet some of my customers after years of phone calls and emails which is strengthen the link of the business relationship.
• What are your links with others departments ?
The specificity of the International Commercial department is to have a perfect synergy with all the company’s department, each of them bringing its contribution to the success of a business project. Furthermore, we are in daily link with Logistic, Production, Purchasing and Financial department, but also with the Communication department in the preparation of essentials tools to communicate abroad.
• To you, what are the essentials qualities to work in international business ?
First of all, we must have at heart to satisfy the customer! Listening, empathy and rigor are also qualities that we cannot neglecting in this profession. We have to like taking risks and get out of his comfort zone. Being in permanent contact with people from different cultures, it is necessary to be open minding.
