COVID-19 : Business Continuity Plan

Since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic, health and social distancing instructions have been enforced at TETRADIS for our employees and partners safety. Nevertheless, regarding the scope of this phenomenon, and simultaneously with the government’s announcements, we decided to completely adjourn the company’s operational activities in order to protect our employees’ health from March 16th evening. We immediately implemented teleworking mesures and prepared a job organization so as to get a fitting production activity back in accordance with the health rules and barrier gestures communicated by the authorities.
As a responsible company, TETRADIS should work on the proper functioning of the country’s telecommunications infrastructures, just like we have always done. Therefore, we have initiated a Business Continuity Plan settled up since March 30th, 2020 on our Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site (38):
• Our Production team along with our Logistic team are contributing to be at ourcustomers service and are thus still answering their needs. Our teams workstations have been arranged in order to create a minimum distancing avoiding any crossover between people. Their schedules have also been adapted.
• All the staff working on the site is equipped with masks, gloves and cleaning products so as to regularly disinfect objects that have been touched. Rules for regular cleansing of the objects and tools are applied. Coming and going on the site are the subject of strict disinfection procedures.
• Customers reception desk is suspended for the moment.
• Our Purchasing department is currently working from home in order to still be in contact with our suppliers and partners, our support services are organized to work remotely.
• The reception service is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
We would like to point out that the co-workers working in the field in these exceptional conditions are all volunteers, and it is really important to us to warmly thank them.
What we are currently living and experiencing is not only a temporary happening, this crisis will have a strong and lasting impact on our economic and social lives. You can count on TETRADIS to fight against and overcome this unprecedented situation but also to keep our partnership up, on even more strong foundations.
